Louise began running at the age of thirteen and joined her local athletics club (Aldershot, Farnham & District) shortly after finding a love for cross country. In 2007, at fifteen years old, Louise earned her first international vest for Great Britain in the 1,500m at the World Youth Games in Ostrava.

Running shoe brand Hoka have supported Louise since 2016 and she has thoroughly enjoyed working with Hoka as they surge in size and popularity.

Louise strives to share her passion for running and the outdoors with others, following a belief that running is a remarkable tool for life and anyone can find their purpose to be physically active by getting out of their comfort zone.
